Sandra K. Warstler
Director
As director of relocation services, Sandy brings to the company 32 years of real estate sales and relocation experience.  She holds BA and MA degrees, real estate sales and broker's licenses and ERC's SCRP designation Aaffiliations include the local, state, and national real estate boards, as well as the National Relocation Director's Council, Indiana Employee Relocation Alliance, and Employee Relocation Council.

Jeanne Farrell
Marketing Services
Previously a Tucker sales agent, Jeanne has been the Relocation Department's Marketing Specialist for 9 years.  She holds a BA degree from Purdue.  As marketing coordinator, she manages listings from the Relocation Companies and works with Tucker Sales Associates to market and sell properties.

Libby Phariss
Marketing Services
Libby has been with the Tucker Company for 17 years and holds a real estate sales license. Her responsibilities include preparing paperwork for third-party listings, working with relocation companies, corporations, and Tucker sales associates to secure, market, and sell listings. She has a BA from Indiana University.

Carla Crandall
Incoming Referrals
Carla is a licensed broker and has worked in real estate and property management for 32 years, the last 26 in relocation. She has been involved in all aspects of the referral business, currently focusing on incoming referrals and corporate group moves.  Carla has earned accreditation from three national relocation networks and is a "RELO Certified Counselor".

Joanna Malick
Outgoing and Incoming Referrals
Joanna has been in relocation more than 21 years and oversees the referral of outbound clients to other real estate companies, both nationally and internationally. She is also responsible for incoming referrals and has earned the designation of "RELO Certified Counselor" and holds her real estate license.

Sandi Cook
Client Services Manager
Sandi's focus is on corporate business development within metropolitan Indianapolis. She comes to Tucker with a background in real estate having sold real estate for many years in Indianapolis and was Relocation Director with a firm in Lexington, Kentucky as well as Homefinding Coordinator.

Marketing Services
Emily graduated from University of Dayton and has been with the Tucker Company for 5 years. She has 10 years experience in real estate marketing and investments. Her responsibilites include working with relocation companies, corporations, and Tucker sales associates to secure, market, and sell listings. Emily is also a licensed real estate agent.

Billing Coordinator

Referral Administrator
D'Etta's responsibilities include entering data and monitoring homefinding referrals from our source companies. She attended San Diego State University and graduated from IUPUI. D'Etta has many years of business experience which makes her an excellent addition to the department.

Shelbie Spiller

Shelbie's primary responsibilities include maintaining all information to prepare monthly and quarterly reports for Third Party Home Sales closings and entering computer data relating to orders and listings received from source companies

Special Projects
