F.C. Tucker/Carter Hess Group Opens in Crawfordsville Indianapolis-based F.C. Tucker Company today opened its 33rd affiliate office in Indiana . The F.C. Tucker/Carter Hess Group is headed by partners Rusty Carter and Julie Hess, two veteran Montgomery County real estate associates. The three-person agency is located at 204 E. Market St. in Crawfordsville and will serve the real estate needs of all of Montgomery County . According to Carter, the local real estate market has seen little new housing, but existing home sales historically have been very solid. “The overall market here is strong,” he said. “The area has low unemployment and resale is very active.” “We're excited to have a presence in Crawfordsville and Montgomery County ,” H. James Litten, president of F.C. Tucker's Residential Real Estate Services Division, said. “This is a thriving area and we're pleased to have talented professionals like Rusty and Julie at the helm of our newest affiliate office.” “Julie and I are happy to join the F.C. Tucker Company,” Carter said. “Tucker's proven quality service will be a great fit for the community.” An 18-year real estate professional, Carter has consistently been a long-time leading sales producer in the area. A graduate of Purdue University , Carter lives in Crawfordsville with his wife, Kathy, will also work in the new office. They have three grown children. Another seasoned professional, Hess has worked for Carter for a year and a half. Also a Crawfordsville resident, Hess graduated from Marian College in Indianapolis . She and her husband, Chad, have three young children. Chad, too, will be working with the agency in a limited capacity. The F.C.
