- When a listing pends, sells, expires or is withdrawn, your Preferred Builder will be removed
from the Preferred Builder List.
- As soon as you list another property with your builder, you will need to submit an additional
form with that property's MLS number.
- If you withdraw a listing and re-list it, you must re-submit your builder.
- You must submit this form for EVERY listing you have with a builder that you wish to remove
from our Preferred Builder List.
- You may add or remove a specific listing any time by visiting www.MyTucker.com and clicking
on “Preferred Builder List.”
